Approximately 75 wine glasses are also available free of charge, and can be requested separately from the marquee.

- Only available to residents of North and South Lopham.
- Tables and chairs do not come with the marquee, and cannot be hired separately from the Village Hall.
Putting the marquee up
The marquee comes with a suggested method for erecting it, written by the people who look after it. Please read it before collection — the poles are numbered and must go up in the right order, or there will be nothing to fix the roof to.
- Allow for several people: the frame is not heavy, but it needs one person at each vertical pole to lift it together.
- Keep the poles in their numbered bundles until you are ready to lay them out.
- Once up, the roof must be secured to the horizontal poles with the velcro ties, and the tent finished off with the hooks and guy ropes.
About this marquee
The marquee was donated to the Parishes by Chris and Jean Stringfield, long-standing residents. Although it is managed by the Village Hall, it is not stored at the Village Hall, and it is not owned by the Village Hall Committee.
