- Non-Local = commercial use, and those outside the Parish of North and South Lopham.
- Half an hour is allowed before and after the times above, for arrival and tidying away.

A deposit of £50 is due at the time of booking, and is returned in full subject to any charges for breakages, damage or additional cleaning required.
Any event that includes music, discos, live music and/or alcohol requires a deposit of £250, and a minimum hire of the afternoon and evening.
Other categories of hire will be considered on an individual basis. All hirers must take careful note of, and comply with, the terms and conditions of hire as stated on the booking form — your particular attention is drawn to the laws on the sale of alcohol and to the removal of rubbish after hire.
